About Me
An electrical engineer and MBA by training, I’ve called San Mateo County home and built my career across the Bay Area for more than 25 years. I’ve worn many hats—from designing products at Oracle, to driving strategy and execution at Cisco, to leading highly profitable new product introductions at ServiceNow.
In every role, I’ve been the guy who spots the problem no one else wants to touch, rallies the team, and ships real solutions—on time and on budget. I’ve fought for the underdogs, turned bold ideas into market-leading reality, and delivered results that made people’s lives better, from the engineers on the ground to customers around the globe.
The corporate world isn’t perfect—far from it—but one thing it gets right is this: performance actually matters. You deliver, you’re rewarded. You don’t, there are consequences.
In today’s politics, too often the opposite is true. Too many representatives master the art of sounding good on camera while the real challenges facing San Mateo County families—skyrocketing housing costs, healthcare that’s one diagnosis away from bankruptcy, traffic that steals hours from your kids—keep getting worse.
That’s not the leadership our district deserves.
We deserve representatives who treat public service like the most important product launch of their lives—who wake up every day obsessed with shipping solutions that actually work for the people of Redwood City, Foster City, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae, Burlingame, San Mateo, Belmont, San Carlos, Redwood Shores, and every neighborhood in between.
That’s why I’m running.
I’m running to bring the same drive, creativity, and relentless focus on results that built some of the Bay Area’s most successful companies—right here to Congress for CA-15.
Imagine what we can do together:
– Healthcare that’s truly universal and affordable—no more predatory denials or families crushed by medical debt.
– Housing we can actually afford, so teachers, nurses, and first responders can live in the communities they serve.
– Good-paying jobs and dignified wages, so every person who works hard in this district can build a secure future.
– Smart, sustainable infrastructure that cuts commute times and eases the burden on our families.
– And we pay for it responsibly—today—so we’re not robbing our children to paper over problems tomorrow.
This isn’t fantasy. It’s engineering. It’s execution. It’s the kind of aspirational, can-do leadership that once took us to the moon and built the internet right here in our backyard.
San Mateo County has always been where big things get built. We don’t just dream about the future—we code it, design it, manufacture it, and ship it to the world.
It’s time our representation in Washington reflected that same spirit.
I’m not here to play the performative political game. I’m here to get stuff done—for you, for our kids, for the incredible communities that make CA-15 the heart of American innovation and opportunity.
