Mantosh Kumar is a husband, father, and first-generation immigrant who came to the United States nearly three decades ago and built a successful life through hard work and determination. Raised in a middle-class family that taught him integrity and social responsibility, he went in the tech industry as a leader who tackles hard problems, rallies teams, and delivers real-world solutions on time and on budget.

Now running for Congress in California’s 15th District, Mantosh is channeling that results-driven mindset into a bold agenda to make life better for working families in CA‑15 and across America. He is committed to attacking the long-ignored crises of growing wage disparity between entry level workers and CEOs, unaffordable housing, a rigged healthcare system, rising costs, homelessness, threats to democracy, and an immigration system that fuels fear instead of stability—pushing “moonshot” solutions so no family has to choose between medicine and rent, workers can afford to live where they work, and every community can feel safer, fairer, and more hopeful about the future.
